Dandelions and Ducks..

This mother's day Ruby, Scott, and I had a busy schedule. We started our day early and enjoyed a scrumptious brunch with Scott's side of the family. Then we headed to a local park for some afternoon fun. We had a wonderful time feeding the ducks and watching Ruby play in the dandelions. After Ruby's nap we headed over to my brother's for a barbecue with my family. It was a beautiful day, spent with amazing moms (mine and Scott's). I couldn't have asked for a better mother's day!

"Hundreds of dewdrops to greet the dawn,
Hundreds of bees in the purple clover,
Hundreds of butterflies on the lawn,
But only one mother the wide world over."
~George Cooper
